Chukwudi Johnpaul Okolo
Executive Team Lead

Chukwudi Johnpaul Okolo is a passionate talent management expert, and a social development and entrepreneurship enthusiasts. He holds a master’s degree in public policy at the University of Erfurt in Germany with a bachelor’s in philosophy from the Universitate Urbaniana Rome. He has over 15 years experience in development consulting, talent management and recruitment, and education resource supply and bridge building.

He is a 2021 Hackathon award winner at the Globethics Geneva, and 2021 Globethics.net Hackathon and the Commitment Award of the University of Erfurt in 2022 for a social project that targets women and youth. Chukwudi has championed integral development, ethics, and sustainable development within the Nigerian space. He is dedicated to sustainable transformation of institutions of higher education through building bridges between Nigeria and countries north of the Atlantic. He has also worked with public and private institutions to create and facilitate access for skilled hands towards regular migration pathways.

Odinachi Ebele Catherine (Ph.D)

Odinachi Ebele Catherine Ph.D (nee Asika) is a seasoned administrator and management expert with over 20 years experience in social development at the Catholic Institute for Development Justice and Peace (CIDJAP) in Enugu. She holds a PhD in Business Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and is lecturer at the Peaceland College of Education and the CIDJAP Institute for Ethics and Christian Social Teaching (E-CST).

She coordinates youth reorientation towards the value of quality education and good conduct, while coordinating the sponsorship scheme that trains indigent but brilliant children to gain quality education. Her hobby includes advancing knowledge, singing, dancing and cooking.

Prof. Egbunu Audu Dangana

Prof. Egbunu Audu Dangana is an expert in Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Human Capital Development and Strategic Management. He has travelled widely and provided practical solutions to human challenges in job creation, wealth creation, value addition and societal transformation.

His international exposure spread beyond Africa to Europe, America and Asia, building capacities and transforming societies through providing practical answers to questions in human life through Research and Development, Partnership, Collaboration, Networking and Linkages. Prof. Dangana is currently a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Kogi State University, former Director of Entrepreneurship and director of School Foundation Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, providing her with a strong foundation in talent development and workforce strategy.

She is committed to equipping undergraduates, fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with the critical skills needed for the future of work. She has designed and facilitated career accelerator programs that train young professionals in employability, communication, and workplace readiness. Passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment, she partners with organizations to provide career coaching, ensuring young professionals are well-prepared to navigate the evolving job market and transition seamlessly into the workforce. She is the founder of Interncademy.

Ikenna David Ofordum
Expert on Logistics and Programmes

Ikenna David Ofordum is a dynamic professional with a strong background in data analysis, community health development, research, training and project implementation. He has worked extensively with both local and international organizations, contributing to health and social development initiatives.

With over 11 years experience his roles have included project management, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning specialist positions with respected institutions such as the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) on PEPFAR project, Johns Hopkins International Vaccine Access Centre (JHU/IVAC), and Precision Development Research and Advocacy (PORA) in partnership with Health Strategy & Delivery Foundation (HSDF) and Direct Consulting and Logistics (DCL) Limited.

Known for his attention to detail and commitment to positive change, Ikenna brings a blend of academic knowledge, data science and field experience to every project he undertakes. He is also actively involved in research & training, particularly in areas concerning public health, youth empowerment, development and social policy. He contributes to strategic planning, documentation, reporting, data analysis and communication development.
